What the Trade Block is

The Trade Block is a marketplace-style area where eligible Legacy Social platform items can be listed for trade. Members can show what they are willing to move, review listings from other members, and send offers when an item is available.

The Trade Block is designed for platform-only items such as eligible Mascots, Auras, cards, and related items. Available actions depend on item eligibility and current platform rules.

How listings work

A listing can show the item or bundle a member is offering, an optional note, and the trade terms available for that listing. Some listings may include a Buy Now price in Legacy Bucks if the item supports that option.

Members should read the listing carefully before sending an offer. A listing may be looking for specific item types, rarity levels, or a certain amount of Legacy Bucks.

Sending offers

When a listing accepts offers, another member can propose a trade package. That package may include eligible platform items, Legacy Bucks where supported, or a bundle of assets that match the listing rules.

A good offer should be clear and fair. Sending several unrelated low-value items for one rare collectible is less likely to be accepted than an offer that actually matches the other member's goals.

Buy Now listings

Some listings may include a Buy Now price. When available, Buy Now lets a member acquire the listed item directly for the posted Legacy Bucks price instead of negotiating a trade.

Because platform items and Legacy Bucks are platform-only assets, members should treat Trade Block activity as part of the Legacy Social experience, not as an outside marketplace.

How to evaluate a listing

A useful Trade Block listing should be easy to understand. Before sending an offer, review the item type, rarity, whether the listing accepts bundles, whether Legacy Bucks are involved, and whether the owner has written a specific note.

Members should also think about personal fit. A rare item may not matter to a member who never plans to equip it, while a lower-rarity item that completes a profile theme may be more valuable to that person.

Platform-only trade safety

Trade Block activity should stay inside Legacy Social. Platform items and Legacy Bucks are designed for in-platform identity, collection, and personalization, not outside payment or off-platform exchange.

Keeping trades inside the supported flow helps protect both members. The platform can show the offer, confirm the assets involved, and keep a clearer record of what each side accepted.

Why bundles can be useful

Bundles help members make offers when one item alone is not enough. A member might combine multiple lower-rarity items, add Legacy Bucks where supported, or pair items that match the other user's collecting goals.

A bundle still needs to be understandable. The best bundle offers explain why the package fits the listing instead of burying the other member in unrelated items.

When to decline an offer

Declining an offer can be the right move when the package does not match the listing, when the item has personal value, or when the member would rather wait for a cleaner trade.

Trade Block works best when members feel comfortable saying no. A declined offer is not a failure; it is part of finding the right match for platform-only collectibles.

Keeping listings clear

Clear listings make the Trade Block easier for everyone to use. A member should be able to tell what is being offered, what the owner wants, and whether Legacy Bucks, bundles, or specific item types are acceptable.

That clarity reduces wasted offers and helps members spend more time negotiating trades that could actually work.

  • Use listing notes to explain what you are looking for.
  • Compare rarity, usefulness, and personal preference before accepting an offer.
  • Do not send offers that ignore the listing's stated request.
