Terms of Service
The Legacy Social Terms of Service explain the rules for using the platform, creating an account, participating in community areas, submitting content, using digital items, joining fantasy or prediction features, and accessing public resources.
Legacy Social is intended for adult users and is not directed to children under 13. Account features, purchases, creator areas, premium rooms, platform-only digital items, rewards, and balances are governed by the terms shown on the site and inside the app.
Using Legacy Social
These terms govern access to Legacy Social, including public resources, account features, football rooms, posts, comments, polls, messages, profiles, league pages, fantasy imports, rankings, trivia, Pick 55, NFL Predictions, Trade Block listings, the store, Legacy Bucks, badges, mascots, auras, card packs, XP, trophies, Scout Tiers, creator or premium room features, and related platform areas.
Users agree to use the platform responsibly and in a way that does not abuse, disrupt, exploit, or harm the service, other users, or platform systems. Some features may have additional rules, eligibility requirements, prices, limits, or instructions shown inside the app.
Accounts and security
Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for activity that occurs under their accounts. They should keep login information private, provide accurate account information, and contact Legacy Social if account access, purchases, messages, league data, or platform items appear to be compromised.
Users may not create accounts to impersonate another person, evade enforcement, manipulate rewards, exploit platform systems, scrape private data, bypass restrictions, or interfere with the normal operation of Legacy Social.
User content and creator content
Users are responsible for content they submit to Legacy Social, including posts, comments, polls, messages, profile details, usernames, room content, league page content, rankings, prediction names, trade listings, images, support requests, creator room content, premium room content, and other materials.
Users retain any ownership rights they have in their own content, but grant Legacy Social permission to host, store, copy, display, publish, distribute, format, moderate, remove, translate, promote, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, advertise, and support the platform.
This content license is especially important for public rooms, profiles, league pages, creator areas, premium rooms, feeds, search, previews, moderation tools, and shareable platform surfaces.
Users may not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, harmful, explicit, exploitative, or policy-violating content. Community expectations apply across public, private, account-only, league, trade, support, and messaging surfaces.
Platform conduct
Legacy Social is built for football debate, fantasy discussion, rivalry, rankings, predictions, and community expression. Strong opinions, reasonable trash talk, criticism, jokes, and disagreement are allowed when they stay within platform boundaries.
Users may not use Legacy Social for harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, spam, scams, impersonation, fraud, account theft, payment abuse, reward manipulation, trade manipulation, automated scraping, hacking, bug exploitation, or attempts to interfere with moderation, security, payments, rewards, Legacy Bucks, XP, trophies, leaderboards, or platform inventory systems.
Platform-only items and rewards
Legacy Bucks, badges, mascots, auras, card packs, trophies, XP, Scout Tier features, digital item bundles, store items, rewards, and similar platform-only items are digital access, personalization, recognition, or participation features for use inside Legacy Social.
Platform-only items do not represent money, stored value, investments, securities, physical goods, ownership of any platform system, or a right to outside payment. They cannot be exchanged through Legacy Social for cash, withdrawn from Legacy Social, or redeemed outside the platform.
Legacy Social may add, remove, rebalance, limit, expire, adjust, reverse, or discontinue platform-only items, rewards, balances, trades, XP, trophies, ranks, store products, or feature access when needed for platform integrity, fraud prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, product changes, or enforcement.
Purchases, creators, and paid features
Legacy Social may offer purchases, subscriptions, premium rooms, creator features, Legacy Bucks, digital item bundles, sponsored features, ad-free access, or other paid offerings. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider, and product-specific terms may be shown at checkout or in the Terms of Sale.
Users, creators, room owners, and community hosts are responsible for the content they submit and the promises they make. Legacy Social may review, restrict, remove, or disable creator or premium-room content that violates the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, purchase rules, safety rules, intellectual property rights, or platform integrity standards.
Unauthorized purchases, fraudulent payment activity, abusive refunds, chargebacks, attempts to sell platform-only items off-platform, or attempts to convert platform-only items into outside value may result in account restrictions, purchase limits, removal of items, reversal of platform value, or account closure.
Fantasy, predictions, and league fees
Fantasy football tools, rankings, league imports, prediction competitions, Pick 55, NFL Predictions, spreads, confidence points, leaderboards, and related content are provided for entertainment, community, recordkeeping, and fantasy football context.
Legacy Social is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, escrow service, paid contest operator, paid pick-selling service, or financial institution. Users may not use Legacy Social to solicit wagers, operate paid betting pools, sell guaranteed sports outcomes, hold funds for contests, or distribute money based on sports outcomes.
A fantasy league fee tracker, if available, should be used only as a commissioner recordkeeping or league-management tool. It should not be used as gambling infrastructure, payment escrow, or a paid prediction product.
Moderation and enforcement
Legacy Social may review content, reports, purchases, trades, rewards, account activity, messages, public areas, private areas, and platform actions when needed to operate the service, investigate safety issues, prevent abuse, enforce rules, or protect users and platform systems.
Enforcement may include content removal, warnings, visibility limits, feature restrictions, purchase restrictions, trade restrictions, suspension, account deletion, permanent bans, reversal of platform value, or other action appropriate to the violation.
Availability and changes
Legacy Social may update, suspend, modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. Legacy Social does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific feature timing, permanent access to a feature, or that every integration, league provider, store item, reward path, or creator feature will remain available.
Legacy Social may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use of Legacy Social after updated terms are posted means the user accepts the updated terms.
